1. Shipping Timeline
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
- Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, orders typically take 5 to 7 business days to arrive, depending on your location.
- Remote Areas: Deliveries to certain remote areas may take an additional 2-3 business days.
2. Shipping Charges
We provide detailed shipping costs at the checkout page. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the products and the delivery destination. From time to time, we may offer Free Shipping on orders above a certain value, as displayed on our website.
3. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your Tracking ID and a link to the courier partner's website. You can monitor your package's journey in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.
4. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice. If the delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts due to the customer being unavailable or providing an incorrect address, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
5. Damaged Shipments
If you notice that the outer packaging is damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please mention it on the delivery receipt and immediately record an unboxing video as per our Return Policy. Contact us within 5 days so we can resolve the issue with the carrier.
